We are seeking a Data & Integrations Developer to join our Data team. You will aid integration consultants in developing workflows & integrations based on customers’ requirements using Workato and other iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) / low-code/no-code platforms, applying strong SQL and API skills to build and troubleshoot integrations, as well as provide aid in any Data Analytics-related project if available.

Job Descriptions:

Utilize Workato and other iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) / low-code/no-code platforms to build integrations and workflows for customers.
Write and optimize SQL queries to support data integrations and workflows.
Connect to and consume REST & SOAP APIs to build and troubleshoot integrations.
Gather and document functional and technical system requirements.
Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure integrations are working.
Work with internal resources, Partner Resources, and Client Resources.
Create documentation based on Workflows developed, from a range of technical specifications to user-guides and test scenarios.
Resolve issues raised by clients or support teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience working with Workato or other iPaaS solutions.
At least 2 years of experience dealing directly with customers as a Technical Consultant.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of Databases & SQL Queries, and able to write, read, and troubleshoot queries.
Strong understanding of API’s in general, and able to decipher and use API documentation to build and test integrations.
Understanding of basic programming concepts and principles.
Understanding of JSON structures.
Understanding of JavaScript.
