We are seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager with experience in Scrum methodology. This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical initiatives across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, coordination, excellent communication abilities, and a keen analytical mindset.
Job Descriptions:
- Project Delivery and Management: Implement and manage Scrum methodology to streamline project execution and sprint planning. Ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
- Technical Coordination: Act as a bridge between leadership and technical teams, translating high-level objectives into detailed action plans for developers. Utilize project management tools such as Excel, ClickUp, or similar platforms to track progress and manage tasks.
- Process Improvement: Establish, continuously evaluate, and maintain efficient workflows to ensure teams adhere to best practices in project execution.
- Department Coordination: Oversee and manage the following departments: Pre-Sales, Product, and Technical Development.
- Communication & Reporting: Effectively communicate with leadership, team members, and stakeholders. Generate reports and ensure all team members follow established processes.
- Risk & Issue Management: Monitor project risks, address challenges proactively, and ensure quick resolution to maintain delivery flow.
- Business & Analytical Skills: Understand business concepts and processes to provide strategic insights and improve efficiency.
- Travel & Meeting Coordination: Manage the executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT, ERP, software development, or technology-related field.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with multiple departments.
