We are seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager with experience in Scrum methodology. This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical initiatives across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, coordination, excellent communication abilities, and a keen analytical mindset.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Project Delivery and Management: Implement and manage Scrum methodology to streamline project execution and sprint planning. Ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
  2. Technical Coordination: Act as a bridge between leadership and technical teams, translating high-level objectives into detailed action plans for developers. Utilize project management tools such as Excel, ClickUp, or similar platforms to track progress and manage tasks.
  3. Process Improvement: Establish, continuously evaluate, and maintain efficient workflows to ensure teams adhere to best practices in project execution.
  4. Department Coordination: Oversee and manage the following departments: Pre-Sales, Product, and Technical Development.
  5. Communication & Reporting: Effectively communicate with leadership, team members, and stakeholders. Generate reports and ensure all team members follow established processes.
  6. Risk & Issue Management: Monitor project risks, address challenges proactively, and ensure quick resolution to maintain delivery flow.
  7. Business & Analytical Skills: Understand business concepts and processes to provide strategic insights and improve efficiency.
  8. Travel & Meeting Coordination: Manage the executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT, ERP, software development, or technology-related field.
  2. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with multiple departments.
